Spirax Sarco

Spirax Sarco traces its origins to Sanders, Rehders & Co., founded in London in 1888, and has manufactured steam system technology under the Spirax brand since 1932; its headquarters today is in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire), United Kingdom. The company develops steam valves and fittings, automatic air vents, steam traps and control and shut-off valves for sectors such as the food and beverage industry, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and paper. Since June 2024 the parent company has traded as Spirax Group plc (formerly Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc) and employs around 11,000 people group-wide.
