Spare and wear parts for dry-cleaning and laundry plants
Two shifts run against a Friday deadline, so a bellows that tears on Thursday is not a repair — it is the load standing in the drum. On shukchok the dimension is at the position instead of in an enquiry, and the whole wear chain of your machine goes into one basket.

Your Friday deadline
Two shifts are running. The bellows will not wait for a quotation.
You know the sequence. The bellows at the loading door tears, the dryer pulls false air, and the load promised for Friday is still in the drum. Fifteen staff, no maintenance department — you pick up the spanner yourself or call a service engineer.
What follows costs more than the part. The machine builder sends a kit instead of the one position, wants an enquiry instead of an order, and quotes a week. On a fifteen-year-old machine you hear something else: not available any more.
shukchok is an open marketplace for industrial goods, and the dimension stands up front here, before you call anyone. Nominal size, outer and inner size, thickness and material as a table at the position, the net price beside it. You measure the old part and put the new one in the basket.
- Bellows in five nominal sizes: 35, 61, 90, 165/150 and 210 mm
- A specification table on all 114 articles — size, material, design
- Every position orderable on its own, no kit and no minimum order value on small items
Measure, do not ask
What stands at the position before you order
Reaching for the calliper is faster than writing an enquiry. Everything below is a single line item, not part of an assembly.
| Component | Sizes in the catalogue | Material / note |
|---|---|---|
| Bellows | 35 · 61 · 90 · 165/150 · 210 mm | Five nominal sizes |
| Sight glasses | 110 × 8 · 217 × 6 · 280 × 10 mm | Plus 280 mm with a bore |
| Round seals | 329 · 370 · 523 mm | FKM |
| Sight-glass seal | 220 mm | Its own position |
| Centrifugal filter discs | 320 × 40 mm | Filter side |
| Fan-motor flange-plate seal | — | NBR |
| Activated-carbon cartridge | — | With paper pre-filter and two felt gaskets |

The door interlock
A part that merely fits the dimension is no substitute at this door
What hangs on the loading door is not a comfort feature but a limit value. Door handle with shaft, locking screw and counter-holder belong to the protective system, and the ordinance that says so names your solvent explicitly.
The same annex lists textile-cleaning plants with a solvent consumption threshold of zero tonnes a year — every plant is covered, whatever it uses — and caps total emissions at 20 grams of volatile organic compounds per kilogram of cleaned and dried goods.
What follows for purchasing is undramatic and exactly the point: those four positions sit in the catalogue individually, with the manufacturer and the supplier visible on each of them. You see before you buy whether you are ordering the original part or a functionally equivalent one.
- Four door-locking positions, plus locking screw and counter-holder
- Manufacturer and supplier filled on all 114 articles
- Clamp for 213 mm glass and 220 mm sight-glass seal as separate positions
Plants operated with organic solvents including hydrocarbon solvents (KWL) shall be built and operated in such a way that […] an automatic interlock ensures that the loading door can only be opened once the drying process has finished, when the mass concentration of organic solvents including KWL in the drum […] no longer exceeds a value of 5 grams per cubic metre.

For manufacturers and dealers
The demand described above is your order book
Anyone who makes or trades seals, bellows, filter media or door hardware for cleaning machines knows the problem from the other side: this demand is too specialised for the industrial wholesaler and too small for a spare-parts operation of its own. A marketplace is built for exactly that gap.
You bring in your range, you keep your prices in your own hands, and you maintain your dimensions on the article yourself. Shop, checkout and customer contact are ours. We are paid out of the margin on a position that actually sells — until then the shelf costs you nothing.
And where something is missing today, the door is open: works certificates, calibration certificates or approval papers come from the suppliers who carry them anyway and then hang on the article as metadata.
- Listing costs nothing: no joining fee, no monthly charge, no approval procedure
- Your prices and your article data stay with you
- Manufacturer and supplier are named visibly at every position
