What the marketplace changes
A refinery buyer asks about papers first — and that shelf is open
shukchok is an open marketplace for industrial goods, and the answer hangs on that: behind that question sit two shelves that separate cleanly. The first is the running operational demand, chosen on grade, operating limit and price. The second is certified demand — a works certificate to EN 10204, a calibration record, an ATEX or PED category at the article — chosen on paperwork and a named contact who stands behind it.
Two supplier landscapes sit behind those shelves, which is why a marketplace carries them and a single range cannot. Certified manufacturers attach here, hold their documents as article metadata and deliver through the same basket. Where your rules call for a certificate, the supplier you would write to anyway is invited to list, free of charge.
