What can I buy on shukchok?

How does the marketplace model work?
Manufacturers and dealers register free of charge and maintain products themselves. shukchok (i.e. EazyClean Technologies GmbH) is always the seller and issuer of the invoice. Buyers get one invoice, one contact, one return process — regardless of how many suppliers are behind the cart.
Which payment methods are supported?
Live: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay — processed via a PCI-DSS Level-1 provider, card data never touches shukchok systems. Coming soon: SEPA prepayment and purchase on account for B2B.
How is VAT handled?
Prices are shown net; German VAT is added at checkout (19 % standard rate, 7 % reduced rate). Which delivery term applies to a cross-border order — and with it who bears customs duties and import taxes — follows Incoterms® 2020 as set out in clauses 8.2 to 8.5 of the terms and stated on the order document.
From where do you ship, and how fast?
Direct dispatch from Germany; the place of dispatch may be a supplier’s warehouse and is stated on the document (clause 8.2 of the terms). Delivery times appear on the product page wherever they are known for that item. Statements as to delivery time are non-binding unless expressly designated as binding (clause 8.1).
Is there a right of withdrawal?
No. shukchok sells exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of section 14 BGB, to legal persons under public law and to special funds under public law; there is no sale to consumers (clause 1.2 of the terms). Claims for defects apply instead: they become time-barred twelve months after delivery and are excluded for used goods (clauses 10.5, 10.6). The customer must examine the goods on receipt and notify defects in writing without delay (section 377 HGB).
How is my data protected?
All data transfers run over TLS 1.3. Payment data flows directly to a PCI-DSS Level-1 provider. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. shukchok is GDPR-compliant and hosts on servers in the European Union.
