Start with your shukchok customer account — the same one you buy with. Vetting runs automatically, your products go live without manual approval, and shukchok collects payment and pays you out every month.
For companies based in the EU with a valid VAT ID.
Five steps. Vetting runs automatically; everything else you do in the Seller Hub.
You become a seller with the same shukchok account you buy with, including your company details and business declaration. One login for buying and selling.
Your VAT ID is checked live against the EU’s VIES system. After the one-off vetting fee, a single session covers your company records, ID document and selfie. Once company, person and VAT ID match, you sign the seller agreement online — normally with no manual approval.
One at a time in the editor, or many at once with a CSV file. Automatic checks show at every field what is still missing. Once your details pass, the product goes live in the shop without manual approval.
shukchok collects the customer’s payment on your behalf. You confirm the order, ship within the handling time you set yourself and enter the tracking number.
Once a month you receive your statement, the shukchok commission invoice and a bank transfer to your company account. Your vetting fee is offset against our commission on your first sales.
Enter a net list price and your margin. The margin is a share of the net selling price, not a mark-up.
On your first statements, the €9.90 vetting fee is offset against the shukchok share until it is used up.
The minimum margin is 10%.
All amounts are net; VAT is added separately.
For guidance only — the binding figures are calculated by our server for every order.
Buyers see on every product who sells it and how well they can judge that seller. With the seller agreement you become a Verified seller, with on-time deliveries a Top seller. Each level gives you more room.

Comes by itself when you deliver on time over a longer period and your product data is clean.
These values apply to every seller with the respective badge.
shukchok is an open marketplace for industrial goods: many suppliers, one cart for the buyer. You bring the range — the shop, payment collection and the returns policy come with shukchok.
shukchok sells exclusively to businesses. Your products reach purchasing and maintenance teams, not passers-by.
The shop interface is available in 8 languages, so buyers move through it in their own.
shukchok collects the customer’s payment for you and pays out monthly. You do not need a payment provider of your own.
The shop’s returns policy applies to every seller. You do not need to write your own.
Companies based in the European Union with a valid VAT ID — the country is taken from the VAT ID itself. You need a shukchok customer account with your company details and business declaration. Sales are exclusively to business customers.
€0 base fee: you pay the one-off vetting fee of €9.90 (net) before the identity check, and it is offset against our commission on your first sales. There is no listing fee and no monthly fee. For each product sold, shukchok receives the margin you set — at least 10% of the net selling price.
Fully automatically, in this order: your VAT ID live via VIES, then the vetting fee, then one session with our verification service covering your company records (register extract or trade licence) and the ID document and selfie of the person acting for the company. shukchok then checks that this person may represent the company and that the company matches the VAT ID. shukchok receives the result, not your ID image.
If only a document is missing, the system asks for it automatically instead of declining. If an application is declined, you receive the reason and can apply again after a waiting period. The vetting fee is not refunded, because it covers the cost of the checks — nor is it refunded if no commission ever arises. A new application pays the vetting fee again.
Monthly, by bank transfer to your company account. An order becomes payable once it has been delivered and the complaint period has passed without a claim; new sellers have a longer holding period in their first months. With every payout you receive your statement and the shukchok commission invoice.
The shop’s returns policy applies to every seller; it is part of the seller agreement. You do not need to set up a returns policy of your own.
Yes, with a CSV file. You download the template, fill it in and, after a test run, see for every row what will be imported and what is still missing. The number of rows per import grows with your trust level.
In the shop, as soon as they pass the automatic checks. They enter the Google Shopping feed after a review period of 7 days, during which shukchok checks daily that the page and your details match — provided your seller account is fully activated. If Google rejects an offer, you see Google’s finding unchanged in the Seller Hub.
No. shukchok collects the customer’s payment on your behalf and transfers your share monthly. The basis is the seller agreement with authority to conclude contracts and collect payment.
The shukchok share is the margin — it only arises when you sell.
