Seller badges on shukchok

Other companies sell on shukchok besides us. Two badges show you how well you can judge such a seller: whether we have verified them, and whether they have proven themselves in the shop.

Verified seller

The company and the person representing it have been verified, and the seller agreement with shukchok is signed.

What it means

Before a seller can sell on shukchok, we verify their company and the person who represents it. The seller then signs an agreement with shukchok that binds them to our rules on shipping, invoicing and legal texts.

How a seller earns it

By passing the verification and signing the seller agreement. From then on the badge appears next to their products and on their profile.

When it is withdrawn

If the account is restricted or suspended, the badge is withdrawn until the cause is resolved. During that time the seller’s products are not in the shop either.

Top seller

Verified and proven in the shop: on-time deliveries, clean product data and no recent complaints.

What it means

A Top seller is verified and has proven themselves in the shop. The badge is based on their orders on shukchok, not on anything they say about themselves.

How a seller earns it

The badge is awarded automatically as soon as all of these conditions are met at the same time:

Orders fulfilled on time within 90 days: at least 10
Product listings rejected by Google: below 2%
Complaints in the same period: none
Selling on shukchok for: at least 90 days
Without any restriction for: at least 90 days

When it is withdrawn

If Google rejects clearly more of their product listings, they go back to Verified seller. If the account is restricted, every badge is withdrawn, and the Top seller badge only returns after a period without restriction. Complaints alone never take a badge away; they only hold back the upgrade.

Who awards the badges

Both badges are awarded by shukchok. They follow fixed rules and the data the shop itself produces: orders, shipping, complaints and Google’s assessment of the product listings.

A seller cannot buy or apply for a badge, and nobody awards one on a whim. When something changes, the badge changes by itself.

The badges are a mark of shukchok, not a test mark of an independent body.

What a badge does not tell you

A badge describes the seller, not an individual product. What a product does and what condition it is in is stated on its page, as is who sells it and with whom you conclude the contract.
