The first year of a new line is the year of adjustment. Measuring points move, a filter element turns out to last half as long as designed, a sealing material that looked right on paper gets swapped for one that holds. None of that fits a framework contract, because none of it was foreseeable.
Four combined heat and power plants around it run in the opposite rhythm — the oldest of them since 1914. There the interval is known, and the original maker of a valve from that era often no longer supplies it, so selection runs on nominal size, temperature and material instead of a spare part number.
Both patterns want the same thing from a supplier: an answer without a callback.

What the marketplace changes

shukchok is a marketplace for industrial goods where several suppliers share one shelf: the cooler out of the sampling line, the reducer for the heat network and the sight glass for the boiler house come from three manufacturers — and still go into one basket, one checkout and one payment.
