M&M Instruments S.r.l., based in Orio al Serio near Bergamo, has manufactured solenoid valves, piston valves and valve manifolds for industrial automation, food and beverage technology, steam applications and medical technology since 1979. Until March 2026 the company traded as Rotork Instruments S.r.l. and belonged to the British Rotork group; since then it has been part of the Swedish industrial group Dacke Industri AB. According to the buyer, the company employs around 40 people with annual revenue of about EUR 8 million.
