EazyClean EC 124

The EazyClean EC 124 is a textile cleaning machine for hydrocarbon solvent (KWL) with a 24 kg load capacity. It operates as a closed system with vacuum distillation and achieves a solvent recovery rate of 99.9%. The oscillating drum absorbs the forces of the spin cycle, so no anchoring to the floor is required. Compatible with all alternative solvents, including KWL, INTENSE®, SENSENE®, HIGLO®, GREEN EARTH®, and SOLVONK4®.

Technology in detail

• Round distillation: the oval base of the V4A stainless steel steam chamber directs the heat to where the solvent sits — shorter distillation times, lower energy consumption, pure solvent after every batch and straightforward sludge disposal.
• Oscillating drum: shock absorbers take up the forces of the spin cycle. This permits 400 G centrifugal force, transmits almost no vibration to the floor and makes anchoring to the foundation unnecessary.
• Concentration measurement: the actual solvent concentration in the air chamber is measured, and the control system calculates the drying time from it — rather than assuming a flat figure.
• Touchscreen: every machine function and every cleaning programme can be created, edited and copied on screen. Three password-protected authorisation levels for operator, service and management.
• OES operator software: sensors and software guide the cleaning personnel through the process.
• Closed system: 99.9% solvent recovery, with correspondingly low consumption and less finishing work.
