onsemi (formerly ON Semiconductor) is a US semiconductor manufacturer based in Scottsdale, Arizona, which emerged in 1999 from the spin-off of Motorola's semiconductor division. The company develops power and signal management devices, discrete semiconductors, sensors and analogue ICs for automotive, industrial and communications applications. According to the company, onsemi employs around 22,600 people (as of December 2025) with annual revenue of USD 5.995 billion (2025).
