The two large city treatment works are designed for 1,090,000 and 350,000 population equivalents, and more than 2 million standard cubic metres of biomethane a year are recovered from their sewage gas. Biomethane upgrading means methane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and oxygen measurement — a sample gas path with the usual consumables, on a site with no downtime.

Alongside it work the external maintenance contractors in the corridor between Rome, Pomezia, Aprilia and Anagni, serving qualified lines. What a GMP line demands in paperwork — an EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate, a calibration certificate, a PED category — comes from the suppliers who carry it anyway: they list here free of charge and deliver through the same basket. Is the used EC124 simply a cheaper version of the EC600?

No, and the difference is not only the price. Both take 24 kg and spin to 735 rpm, but the EC124 is used: under § 10.6 of our terms, defect claims on used goods are excluded, while a new machine carries the twelve-month limitation period of § 10.5. Its technical record also omits the modem connectivity that the three new machines list. For a small operation the used machine is often the better offer — but it has to be chosen as a used machine, not mistaken for a new one.

Can you invoice a public authority through the SDI?

No. The invoice is a PDF; there is no e-invoicing through the SDI, and no XRechnung, Peppol or EDI either. That matters here because 48 per cent of the sector revenue, 812 million euro, comes from healthcare. If your customer is a public contracting authority and the invoice has to be passed on through the SDI, that is a step this catalogue does not support. For the private half of the sector, which invoices its own customers directly, nothing gets in the way.

Do you install and commission the machine?

No. There is no on-site service, no installation and no commissioning, and there is no delivery commitment — these are not stock items. The datasheet does state the connections the machine needs: 1/2″ steam at 4 to 6 bar with a 1/2″ condensate return, and 1/4″ compressed air at 5 bar. That is also why anyone installing one becomes a buyer of condensate management and pneumatic fittings from the same catalogue.
